Innovative Series Coilover

The SCALE AU09-IS Innovative Series Coilover is a fully adjustable and customizable suspension system designed for the Audi A6 Allroad Quattro 99-05 (C5). This upgrade aims to achieve a perfect balance between street comfort and increased performance, enabling precise ride height adjustment and improved handling. The shocks are equipped with 24 levels of dampening adjustment for fine-tuning valving efficiency. The patented scaled system design allows for easier and more precise adjustment, ensuring equal height on each corner. Assembly requires no welding and the units are rebuildable. Due to the double-wishbone front suspension configuration on these models, a camber plate cannot be used as the shock is not directly connected to the wheel. If additional camber adjustment is needed after lowering the vehicle, aftermarket adjustable control arms may be required. Similarly, the rear multilink suspension configuration means the shocks have no direct impact on wheel alignment, so only OEM alignment adjustments are available. Adjustable control arms from specialized manufacturers may provide further alignment options. SCALE can customize spring rates and shock lengths to meet specific needs for this application. The shocks are handcrafted and assembled to customer specifications at SCALE facilities.
