The Garmin inReach Explorer+ is a rugged handheld satellite communicator and GPS device offering two-way text messaging, tracking, and SOS capabilities via the global Iridium satellite network. It features preloaded DeLorme TOPO maps for onscreen GPS routing and a built-in digital compass, barometric altimeter, and accelerometer.
