The Dakota Digital VHX-78C-MC is a comprehensive six-gauge instrument system designed to install into the OEM bezel for a clean, factory-integrated look. This system is specifically engineered for the 1978-1988 Chevrolet Monte Carlo, and the 1978-1987 Chevrolet El Camino, Malibu, and GMC Caballero, provided they are equipped with the OEM round speedometer and gauges. This VHX system offers a high level of customization, allowing users to choose from multiple background options including Black Alloy, Silver Alloy, and Carbon Fiber. Additionally, the instrument lighting can be selected from Blue, Red, or White, enabling a personalized aesthetic to match your vehicle's interior or your preference. The system utilizes precision stepper motors and solid-state sensors for accuracy, backed by Dakota Digital's limited lifetime warranty. It is crucial to note that the VHX-78C-MC will **not** fit rectangular OEM long sweep-style speedometer clusters; for those applications, the VHX-78C-MAL must be ordered.
