Insulated Cold Air Intake System

The Cold Air Inductions 501-1099 cold air intake system is engineered to enhance the performance of your 2010-2015 Chevrolet Camaro with the 6.2L V8 engine. This system includes an insulated aluminum air box and a black aluminum intake tube with a black powder-coat or textured black finish. It is paired with a red, oiled cotton gauze high-performance air filter (CF-8400). Some sources indicate potential gains of up to 15 rwhp with no tune required. For aftermarket supercharged models, such as those with Magnuson, Whipple, or SLP superchargers, the system has shown gains of up to 41 horsepower. This intake system is specifically designed for the 2010-2015 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 with the 6.2L V8 engine, and for 2010-2015 6.2L V8 Camaros equipped with an installed Magnuson or Whipple Supercharger. It also fits 2010-2015 6.2L V8 Camaros with an SLP Supercharger. The air filter is pre-oiled and ready for installation.
