The Tomei TA301C-NS04D is a Procam intake camshaft engineered for high-power and torque applications, designed to replace the stock camshaft in your VQ35DE engine. Unlike factory camshafts that often compromise performance for fuel economy and smooth idle, this Tomei camshaft is optimized to significantly increase airflow, thereby boosting both horsepower and torque. It achieves this by precisely controlling valve duration, lift (10.80mm), and overlap (266°). Tomei's racing heritage means their products are built with the knowledge of extreme engine demands. This Procam camshaft is CNC machined for a precise fit and proper valve lift/duration, directly contributing to enhanced engine performance whether on the street or the track. It is important to note that the Tomei Procam camshafts require additional valve train upgrades and a programmable aftermarket ECU to correctly configure the new engine setup for optimal performance and reliability.
