This kit is designed to optimize power, fuel efficiency, and overall driving experience for compatible diesel trucks. It is internet updateable and offers significant increases in horsepower and torque. The programmer has CARB E.O. Number D-541-18 and the cold air intake has CARB E.O. Number D-541-15, making it 50-state legal.
