Intake Kit Stage 2 4in. for 2004.5-2005 Duramax LLY Gloss Black

The Wehrli 100301-GB Cold Air Intake Kit replaces restrictive factory plastic components with a high-flow, fabricated aluminum intake pipe and air box enclosure, designed for 2004-2005 GM 6.6L LLY Duramax engines. It enhances airflow to the turbo, resulting in improved horsepower, torque, and throttle response, along with cooler intake temperatures. The kit eliminates the factory resonator for a more aggressive turbo sound and is compatible with both OEM and upgraded VGT turbos. It features 4-inch aluminum piping, smooth bends, and a 4.8-inch cast aluminum turbo intake horn. This kit includes all necessary high-quality hardware, silicone boot, seals, stainless steel t-bolt clamps, and a hydrophobic pre-filter cover. It is finished in custom powder coat colors and proudly made in the USA.
