Intake Manifold

The Pierburg 06H133201AT intake manifold is engineered to ensure an even distribution of air to each cylinder's intake port. Constructed from durable Pa6-gf30 material, this manifold is designed to replace the original equipment part. It comes complete with a gasket, solenoid, and sensor, simplifying the installation process. Internally, it utilizes plastic flaps that are actuated by a vacuum system, responding to the Engine Control Unit's (ECU) demands for precise air management. Over time, these plastic components, including the flaps and their control rods, can break or become obstructed by carbon buildup, leading to improper airflow and poor engine performance. Symptoms of a failing intake manifold can include engine misfires, rough idling, coolant or vacuum leaks, and the illumination of the Check Engine Light (CEL). This intake manifold is specifically designed for various Audi A4, A4 Quattro, A5, A5 Quattro, Q5, and A6 models with the 2.0T TSI engine. However, it is crucial to note that this manifold cannot fit engines equipped with aluminum intake manifolds (CPMA, CPMB). Additionally, for earlier vehicles originally equipped with a 2-port Purge Valve, an update per instructions may be required. When installing this intake manifold, a breather hose is also required.
