The Kintex Racing Velocity Manifold is engineered to significantly enhance the performance of your Nissan 350Z and Infiniti G35 models. Replacing the popular SSV manifold, this unit boasts a redesigned velocity plenum chamber that creates a Venturi effect, ensuring uniform air distribution to all cylinders. This optimization, coupled with 10% shorter intake runners and a 12% increase in plenum chamber volume, directly contributes to higher horsepower potential, especially in the high RPM range. The precision TIG welding, mandrel-bent pipes, and a CNC-cut 3/8" main flange guarantee smooth airflow and robust construction capable of handling up to 30psi of boost. This manifold also saves 10lbs over the stock unit. The improved airflow design results in a smoother Air/Fuel curve, requiring less tuning for Naturally Aspirated applications and simplifying tuning for Forced Induction setups. You can expect horsepower gains of up to 30.5hp at 6800 rpm. The manifold is a direct replacement and includes all necessary hardware and gaskets for installation. It is compatible with the factory strut bar and most aftermarket bars. This manifold is designed for 2003-2007 Nissan 350Z and 2003-2007 Infiniti G35 models with single throttle body engines, as well as the 2003-2008 Infiniti FX35. Note that while this manifold does not directly affect emissions output, it is not CARB approved and may not pass California smog inspections.
