Intake Manifold

The BTR Trinity Series intake manifold represents a premium, domestically produced option for LS7 engines. It utilizes an o-ring sealing system for the runners, plenum, and cylinder heads, ensuring a clean and leak-free installation with enhanced serviceability. The P105 model features a 105mm opening plenum and includes a burst plate option, suitable for high-effort, boosted applications. The optimal performance range for this manifold is targeted at 6000-8500 RPM for naturally aspirated (N/A) operation and 3000-6500 RPM when boosted. BTR offers various runner configurations, including mid-length (6.5-inch average, ideal for 4500-7400 RPM N/A) and long "truck" length (8-inch average, ideal for 3000-6000 RPM N/A), to cater to different powerband preferences. CNC ported runners are also available for engines requiring maximum boost or high RPM capabilities. Additionally, multi-injector options and port-injection bosses are integrated for advanced tuning, nitrous systems, sensor mounting, or charge cooling. Fitment notes specify that short runner Trinity intakes are compatible with C5, C6, C7, and C8 Corvettes, as well as LS F-body platforms. Gen V Mid-length intakes also clear 5th and 6th-gen Camaros. The manifold accepts common LS/LT 4-bolt throttle bodies. However, the LS Truck accessory drive will NOT fit Trinity intakes. Fuel rail kits FRK-02 or FRK-02-12 are required for Gen V truck and mid-length intakes with injector provisions, while FRK-01 or FRK-01-12 are needed for regular (short) runner LT1 & LT4 intakes. LT applications require the 12663577 LT4 fuel line for proper clearance, and LT4 cylinder heads are ONLY compatible with LT4-specific Trinity intake runners. L83 throttle bodies are not compatible; L86/LT1 or aftermarket throttle bodies should be used for Gen V 5.3 applications.
