Intake Manifold

The Brian Tooley Racing Trinity Series intake manifold is a premium, three-piece cast aluminum intake manifold engineered for LS7 engines. Proudly designed, cast, and machined in the USA, it offers a durable black finish. This manifold utilizes o-ring sealing between the runners, plenum, and cylinder heads, ensuring a mess-free and leak-free seal with enhanced serviceability. The Trinity manifold is available with various plenum and runner configurations to optimize performance across different powerbands. The original short-runner design is ideal for naturally aspirated (N/A) operation between 6000-8500 rpm and boosted applications from 3000-6500 rpm. Mid-length runners (average 6.5-inch) are suited for 4500-7400 RPM N/A use, while long "truck" length runners (average 8-inch) target 3000-6000 RPM N/A powerbands. CNC ported runners are an option for high-boost or high-RPM builds. The design also accommodates multi-injector setups and port-injection bosses for nitrous, sensors, or charge cooling. This specific intake manifold features LS7 rectangle port style and is designed for EFI fueling. It accepts common LS/LT 4-bolt pattern throttle bodies. However, please note that the LS Truck accessory drive will NOT fit Trinity intakes. Depending on the runner configuration, specific fuel rail kits (FRK-02 or FRK-02-12 for Gen V truck & mid-length, FRK-01 or FRK-01-12 for regular LT1 & LT4) and an LT4 fuel line may be required for proper fitment and clearance. LT4 cylinder heads require LT4-specific Trinity intake runners.
