Overview

The GM Performance 12638038 is a genuine GM NNBS Cathedral Port Truck Intake Manifold. Originally used on 2010-2014 GM V8 Truck/SUV/Van applications, it is an excellent upgrade for 1999-2006 LS Truck/SUV engines with 4.8L, 5.3L, or 6.0L engines. This intake manifold features a 4-bolt, 87-90mm throttle body flange and is configured for 2009-2014 style truck MAP sensors.
