Intake Manifold for K-Series Engines

The Honda RBC Intake Manifold (part number 17100-RRB-A00) is a highly respected OEM performance upgrade for K-series Honda and Acura engines. It was originally found on the 2006–2011 Honda Civic Si and is known for delivering outstanding high-rpm horsepower and strong midrange torque, making it ideal for aggressive naturally aspirated or turbocharged builds. Compared to the factory PRB and PRC manifolds, the RBC intake manifold flows more air beyond 5,500 RPM and carries power all the way to redline. This performance characteristic is especially beneficial for K-series builds that operate above 7,000 RPM. It is a common performance upgrade for K24 engines found in the 2004–2008 Acura TSX, 2003–2007 Honda Accord, and 2003–2011 Honda Element (K24A2, K24A4, K24A8 engines). The RBC manifold is also compatible with K20 engines, including those in the 2002–2006 Acura RSX, 2002–2005 Honda Civic Si (EP3), and 2002–2006 Honda CR-V (K20A2, K20A3, K20Z1 engines). However, when installing on K20 cylinder heads, the integrated coolant ports must be cut off to clear the head’s water neck, a modification that is common practice in the K-swap community. An optional Hybrid Racing 75mm Ported RBC Intake Manifold is available, CNC-machined to open the throttle body flange to 75mm for a perfect match with larger throttle bodies. This modification ensures a professional-grade port match for maximized airflow and throttle response. Please note that this port matching is specific to the throttle body surface and does not extend to the head mating surface.
