Intake Manifold Spacer

These valves are sold individually and require precise ordering based on your engine's needs: 12 intake and 8 exhaust for 1.8T 20V engines, and 18 intake and 12 exhaust for 2.7T 30V engines. Intake valves are constructed from enhanced EV8 (21-4N) steel with a Black Nitride Coating for increased strength, reduced friction, and extended lifespan, even under the demands of high-powered, turbocharged applications. Exhaust valves are made from Inconel, a nickel-based alloy known for exceptional temperature distribution and reliability in high-exhaust-gas-temperature environments, making them ideal for large-frame turbo engines in both street and race setups. These valves feature a single-groove stem design that requires matching single-groove valve keepers for improved valve stem protection and reduced rotation, extending valve stem life. Triple-groove valves will reuse stock keepers. Oversized valve head options are available, but require aftermarket valve seats or machining of factory seats for installation. IE Performance Valve Stem Seals, manufactured from heat-resistant Viton (exhaust) and polyacrylic (intake), are sold separately and ensure longer seal life on higher-output engines. Compatibility includes all VW and Audi 1.8T 20V (058 & 06A) transverse and longitudinal engines, as well as all Audi 2.7T 30V twin-turbo engines. Specific vehicle fitment includes VW Golf, GTI, Passat, Jetta, and Beetle (1998-2011), and Audi A4, A6, A6 Allroad, TT, A3, S3, S4, and RS4 models (various years within 1996-2006).
