The RacingLine R600 EVO Pleated Cotton is a sophisticated induction system for MQB & MQB Evo models with 2.0 TSI Gen.3 and Gen.4 engines that feature the Secondary Air Injection (SAI) system. It boasts a large Pleated Cotton filter element, doubling the standard surface area and providing airflow for up to 600hp. Hand-built in the UK to OEM standards, it's a durable, "fit and forget" unit. Developed with F1-standard CFD programs, it features twin CFD-optimized front intakes for lower intake temperatures and power gains. The large airbox, molded from heat-insulating PU Polyurethane, houses the domed filter and connects to the original factory drain tube. This specific pleated cotton filter is robust, offers great initial power output, and is maintenance-free.
