The Airaid Cold Air Dam (CAD) Intakes are designed to provide your engine with a larger amount of cooler, denser air, leading to more power. This system retains the stock filter location but enhances it with a large air inlet and Cold Air Dam panels. These panels mount in the factory air box location, utilize existing factory cold air inlet ducts, and add additional passages for cold air to reach the filter. The panels also seal to the underside of the hood, isolating the filter from hot engine bay air. Each AIRAID Cold Air Dam Intake is vehicle-specific, ensuring a simple, trouble-free installation using common hand tools. It includes all necessary hardware and easy-to-understand instructions.
