Integrated Engineering 3.0T Performance Cast Downpipe

The Integrated Engineering IEEXCK3 is a performance cast downpipe engineered as a direct replacement for the factory unit on Audi B9/B9.5 S4 and S5 3.0T models. It integrates a high-flow 200 CPSI catalytic converter, designed to support Stage 2 ECU tunes and hybrid turbo upgrades while reducing emissions. The downpipe features a massive 6-inch body that smoothly transitions into dual 2.5-inch legs, optimizing exhaust flow and reducing backpressure. Constructed from 304 stainless steel and investment cast materials, the IEEXCK3 boasts hand TIG-welded seams and CNC machined v-band and bolt flanges for a secure, leak-free installation. The thick-wall casting also contributes to reducing radiant heat in the engine bay. Installation is designed to be straightforward, with no welding, cutting, or permanent modifications required, and an estimated install time of around 2 hours. The downpipe is compatible with the stock exhaust or with IE's midpipe upgrade. Dyno testing on a hybrid turbo-equipped B9 S4 indicated potential power gains of up to 45HP and 41TQ. It is not C.A.R.B. compliant and is not for sale or use in California or any other jurisdiction where prohibited by law.
