Integrated Engineering Air Intake System

The Integrated Engineering IEINDB4 is an air intake system engineered to replace the restrictive factory airbox in VW MK8 GTI, Golf R, and Audi 8Y S3 models, delivering enhanced airflow and aggressive turbo sounds. This system boasts a high-flow, single-piece turbo inlet, eliminating the need for silicone couplers and reducing power-robbing turbulence. Its full-width air inlet scoop and flow-optimized, integrated velocity stack bellmouth shape are designed for maximum airflow efficiency from the 5" air filter to the intake piping, minimizing drag and turbulence for improved performance. The system includes a turbo adapter for optimal flow without needing an additional inlet component. Depending on the vehicle and tune, performance gains of up to +35HP have been reported for Stage 2 Golf R/S3 applications and up to +17HP for Stage 2 GTI applications. Fitment is available for a range of Volkswagen and Audi models, with specific compatibility noted for 2022-2025 Volkswagen GTI models and other MQB platform vehicles.
