Integrated Engineering (IE) 50% High-Pressure Fuel Pump

The Integrated Engineering (IE) IEFUVC3 is a complete high-pressure fuel pump (HPFP) assembly designed to support significant performance modifications in VW and Audi 2.0T FSI and 4.2L FSI engines. This upgrade offers a 50% increase in displacement over the stock HPFP, enabling fuel delivery for builds targeting up to 600 horsepower at 7500 RPM, making it a necessity for Stage 2 and big turbo setups. This complete pump assembly utilizes a NEW factory pump with IE's HPFP internals pre-installed for a direct drop-in replacement. Key features include a constant diameter piston for longevity, a nitrided surface finish for precise tolerances and extreme resistance to wear and abrasion, and an ultralight titanium retainer to minimize valve float. The design retains the OE spring, which helps reduce cam follower wear, and incorporates a custom, spring-energized, molybdenum disulphide impregnated seal for leak-free operation throughout the pump's life. Engineered and manufactured in the USA, each pump undergoes rigorous testing on an in-house fuel pump dyno before shipment to ensure proper break-in and quality control. Integrated Engineering provides an 18-month, unlimited-mileage warranty on complete new pumps. Installation requires an extremely clean environment due to the high-tolerance nature of the components. A matching ECU tune calibrated for a 9.8MM HPFP piston diameter is necessary to utilize the full potential of this pump. This fuel pump is compatible with belt-drive 2.0T FSI engines (EA113) found in specific VW MK5, MK6 Golf R, and Audi A4, TT, TTS, A3, and S3 models, as well as B7 RS4 (requires two pumps) and B8 4.2L S5 (requires two pumps). It also fits Mazda Mazdaspeed 3 (2007-2013) and Mazdaspeed 6 (2006-2007) engines.
