Interchangeable Crank Pulley Kit

The Metco Motorsports ICPCOBRA is a comprehensive interchangeable crank pulley kit engineered as a direct bolt-on for the 2003-2004 Ford Mustang Cobra. This kit allows for the replacement of the heavy factory crankshaft pulley and cage assembly with a lightweight, precision-machined aluminum hub and an interchangeable outer ring. The kit includes all necessary hardware, such as a billet bracket for cleanly and securely relocating the factory crank idler pulley. Once installed, users can adjust the vehicle's boost level by simply changing the outer pulley ring, a process that takes only minutes. Beyond the potential for increased power, this installation eliminates the failure-prone bushings and center bearing associated with the original crank pulley assembly and simplifies the replacement of the Cobra's accessory drive belt. A 14mm hex tool, offered optionally, can assist in breaking loose the original crank pulley bolt, as a 14mm hex bit or similar tool is required for installation if the original assembly is still in place. Pulley ring options include sizes ranging from 1" smaller than stock to +10 lbs heavier, with specific recommendations for underdrive alternator pulleys for use with +2 lb through +8 lb (and larger) crank pulley rings. A special hub is available for applications using the ATI harmonic balancer (PN 918036). Please note that PCM calibration may be necessary with any change in boost level.
