Overview

The Tork Tech M122-DS is an intercooled supercharger kit designed for vehicles with a driver's side intake path. It utilizes a 122 cubic inch supercharger from a 2007-2012 GT500 to deliver significant low-end torque.

This kit includes an aluminum lower intake manifold with a remote coolant thermostat housing, a high-capacity intercooler, and an independent 8-rib supercharger drive assembly with pulleys and a tensioner. It also features a 7-inch crank pulley and a 3.0-inch supercharger pulley, with a 2.75-inch option available. A custom gasket is provided for the connection between the supercharger and the top plate.

The Tork Tech M122-DS Intercooled Kit is engineered to facilitate the installation of a 2007-2012 GT500 M122 supercharger on vehicles featuring a driver's side intake path, making it an ideal solution for applications like the Crown Vic, Grand Marquis, Town Car, and F150. This kit empowers users to achieve substantial low-end torque and significantly higher power levels. When paired with a factory GT500 supercharger on a stock 4.6L 2V engine, it can safely produce 380-400 RWHP at approximately 7-8 lbs of boost. Bell for even greater power gains. The M122-DS kit includes a robust aluminum lower intake manifold with a remote coolant thermostat housing, a high-capacity intercooler integrated within the lower manifold, and a dedicated 8-rib supercharger drive assembly. This assembly features a front engine cross brace, idler pulleys, and a tensioner, along with a 7-inch piggyback style crank pulley and a 3.0-inch supercharger pulley (a 2.75-inch option is available). A custom gasket ensures a proper seal. The kit is adaptable to both Drive-By-Wire (DBW) and cable-driven throttle bodies. Optional adapters are available for mating a '03/'04 Cobra throttle body and for a remote mount Idle Air Bypass Valve, particularly for cable-driven setups. The kit is compatible with Ford Mustang models from 1999-2004.
