This system features a patented self-contained oiling design, high-rigidity billet gearcases, and an efficient C6 3-core intercooler to deliver significant power gains on pump gas.

The Procharger supercharger system is an intercooled forced induction kit designed specifically for the 2005-2007 C6 Corvette equipped with the LS2 engine. Engineered for performance, the P-1SC-1 head unit utilizes a 4.10:1 step-up ratio and exclusive billet impellers to maximize boost response and output. The system includes a 6-rib drive setup, a ProFlow bypass valve, and a 3-core intercooler to keep charge air temperatures low for consistent, repeatable power delivery. This complete kit comes with fuel injectors and a handheld programmer with PCM tuning to ensure proper engine management. It is designed to be a direct-fit solution for the LS2-powered C6 Corvette; however, note that it is not compatible with LS3-equipped 2008-2013 C6 models. Professional installation is recommended to ensure proper mounting and system integration. The system is CARB EO # D-365-6 compliant, making it a street-legal upgrade when used as directed on supported vehicles. This kit is built for long-term durability with the industry's only billet gearcases, providing superior sealing and structural rigidity compared to cast alternatives.
