Intercooled Supercharger System

The ESS Tuning S65 G1 Intercooled Supercharger System is engineered to significantly enhance the performance of E90, E92, and E93 M3 models produced between 2008 and 2013. This kit delivers an impressive 150-180 wheel horsepower and 30-40% torque gain over stock, depending on fuel quality and the pulley used. It operates with an intercooled boost pressure of 6.5-7.5 PSI and requires premium fuel (91AKI/95RON or higher). The comprehensive system features an ESS Engineering G1 supercharger unit, a cast aluminum intake manifold with integrated 6061 T6 velocity stacks optimized for boost, and a high-capacity liquid intercooler system. It also includes a Vortech Maxflow Race bypass assembly, a high-temperature cast plastic intake system for the supercharger, and a uni-belt drive system with ESS lifetime billet idlers. Included in the kit are 8 larger Bosch Motorsport fuel injectors (G1 spec) and two sets of supercharger pulleys: 6PK S65/98mm for 91AKI/95RON fuel and 6PK S65/94mm for 93AKI/98RON fuel. A K&N high-flow air filter and the ESS E-Flash reprogramming and diagnostic interface are also provided, allowing for ECU software updates and diagnostics. The perfectly optimized, dyno-tweaked MSS60 ECU software comes with a removed top speed governor and is calibrated for the G1 spec injectors. A detailed, step-by-step installation manual and all necessary installation hardware are included.
