The VRSF 10303010 is a 5-inch performance HD intercooler upgrade kit. This allows for more horsepower gains and a decrease in intercooler temperature during hard pulls.

In performance testing, it demonstrated a decrease in temperature during a 3rd gear pull, a marked improvement over the OEM intercooler's 32-degree rise. Constructed with a proprietary VRSF HD bar & plate core and featuring CFD-optimized cast end tanks, this intercooler is built for durability and performance. It is 87% larger than the factory intercooler, providing greater cooling capacity. The kit includes everything necessary for installation, which is designed to be a quick and easy process, typically taking less than 1.5 hours. The intercooler retains the factory fan shroud and is compatible with both OEM and aftermarket charge pipes that adapt to the stock FMIC. Each intercooler undergoes pressure testing, and a thermal dispersant coating is applied for superior protection against the elements and to ensure a leak-free experience. This product is backed by a lifetime warranty. It is compatible with BMW F22, F23, F30, F31, F32, F36, and F87 models with N20, N26, N47, and N55 engines, as well as Mini Cooper and Cooper S, and Toyota Supra models.
