The Plazmaman GTR-76IC-PRO-R80 is a high-performance, tube and fin intercooler engineered as a direct factory replacement for the Nissan Skyline GT-R, including BNR32, BCNR33, and BNR34 models. It features a 600x300x76mm core that provides improved thermal efficiency compared to the factory equipment, which often loses effectiveness above 450 horsepower. This unit is rated to support up to 850 horsepower at the flywheel. Designed for a direct bolt-in installation, the intercooler comes with necessary mounting brackets and utilizes factory-style sweeping end tanks with 80mm outlets. While it is a direct replacement, note that due to the increased core thickness compared to the stock unit, the lower blow-off valve (BOV) recirculating pipe must be modified or removed for proper fitment. For R34 V-Spec owners, the design allows for the retention of the factory intake temperature sender. Please be advised that these flow rating figures are based on CFM calculations and typical usage; results may vary if utilizing engines over 6.0 liters or turbochargers with intake blades larger than 90mm. All units are built to order.
