The core and tanks were meticulously designed using CFD heat transfer software to maximize heat dissipation, while billet aluminum end tanks ensure durability. The inlet and outlet have been tapered to optimize flow and reduce pressure drop, ultimately leading to cooler intake air charges and enhanced power output. Installation is straightforward, requiring approximately 1.5 hours with standard hand tools. The process involves removing the wheel, inner fender liner, and the factory heat exchanger, with the new unit fitting directly into place using factory hardware, eliminating the need for any cutting or modifications to your vehicle.
