The Burger Motorsports BMS Replacement Intercooler is an upgrade for F chassis BMWs. It features a larger core and more surface area than stock, which reduces intercooler pressure drop and dramatically improves cooling. This results in better cooling, more power to the wheels, and the ability to sustain that power longer during extended runs.

Its construction is aluminum, suitable for race applications. With a design that is 2 cm wider than the stock unit, this intercooler offers increased volume, allowing for a higher thermal capacity. This translates to better cooling efficiency, which helps deliver more power to the wheels and maintain that power during extended runs and multiple high-demand cycles. The product is noted as being the largest intercooler available for N55, N20, and N26 BMW engines and is capable of supporting over 1000whp.
