The CVF Performance Intercooler is engineered to enhance the cooling efficiency of your 2021-2026 Ford Bronco's turbocharged engine, excluding Raptor models. It boasts a core over 58% larger than the factory unit, which helps to reduce charge air temperatures by as much as 31°F. This results in a denser air charge, leading to improved combustion and noticeable gains in horsepower and torque. Constructed with premium materials, this intercooler is built for durability and long-lasting performance, even in demanding conditions. It is designed as a direct-fit replacement, simplifying installation, which is estimated to take approximately 20 minutes and is rated as a simple difficulty level. Note that removal of the Active Grille Shutters (AGS) is required for installation. This intercooler is compatible with a wide range of 2021-2026 Bronco models, including Badlands, Base, Big Bend, Black Diamond, Everglades, First Edition, Heritage Edition, Heritage Limited Edition, Outer Banks, Stroppe Edition, and Wildtrak trims. It is explicitly stated to not fit Raptor models.
