Intercooler and Blow Off Valve Package

The Turbosmart Performance Intercooler and Blow Off Valve Package Upgrade is a direct bolt-on system designed to replace the factory intercooler and blow-off valve on Ford F150 EcoBoost models. This upgrade features a bar and plate charge cooler design with TIG welded construction, providing an 80% increase in cooling surface area and thermal mass for improved mass-air flow. The intercooler utilizes cast aluminum end tanks with a CFD-driven design for balanced flow and is compatible with the OEM shutter shroud, ECU calibration, and factory or factory-style charge pipes. A maintenance drain is included to manage blow-by and condensation. Coupled with the intercooler is Turbosmart's SEMA award-winning diverter valve technology, specifically engineered for the F150 EcoBoost engine to handle significant boost and flow. The integrated EM Technology allows seamless integration with the vehicle's factory electronics. This kit is suitable for 2015-Current Ford F150 models equipped with the 2.7L and 3.5L EcoBoost V6 turbocharged engines, including the Raptor (2017-Current).
