The C&R Racing intercooler brick set is a performance upgrade for the LT4 Gen 2 slanted supercharger, designed to deliver increased power and improved engine health. Proudly handcrafted and TIG welded in the USA, these bricks employ PWR's advanced bar and plate cooler technology, featuring Louvered R-Fins and internal turbulators—the same innovation used in F1 racing—for superior durability and cooling efficiency. Compared to traditional tube-and-fin designs, PWR's bar and plate coolers offer enhanced charge air heat dissipation and greater strength within a more compact form factor. This results in reduced intake air temperatures, leading to colder, denser airflow into the engine. By minimizing heat-soaked air, these intercooler bricks enable higher and more consistent horsepower, facilitating easier tuning and promoting overall engine well-being. These intercooler bricks are engineered as a direct drop-in replacement for the OEM bricks in the 6.2L Supercharged V8 engine found in the 2017-2019 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 and the 2016-Current Chevrolet Camaro ZL1. They offer a perfect fit and straightforward performance gains, making them an ideal choice for enhancing the potential of the LT4 engine. It is important to note that this brick will NOT fit the LT4 Gen 1 blower.
