The HSP Intercooler Bundle Kit is designed for the 2004.5-2005 LLY Duramax Chevrolet and GMC trucks. The kit includes upgraded hot side and cold side intercooler tubes constructed from 3" mandrel-bent tubing to improve airflow, reduce temperatures, and increase clearance.

The HSP Intercooler Bundle Kit, part number 292-HSP, is engineered as a foundational upgrade for 2004.5-2005 LLY Duramax Chevrolet and GMC trucks. This kit addresses common failure points in the factory hot side pipe, which can rub against the power steering line and lead to boost leaks. The upgraded HSP design reroutes the hot side tube directly to the intercooler for improved airflow, reduced temperatures, and enhanced clearance. Both the hot side and cold side tubes are constructed from 3" mandrel-bent tubing, with the cold side tube optimized for maximum airflow and minimal turbulence. It connects to a factory-style bridge to maintain OEM component integration while improving efficiency and performance. The kit is pressure tested to 100 PSI and works with factory emissions systems. Powder coat options are available to customize the engine bay's appearance. This bundle is ideal for factory or drop-in replacement chargers as it follows OEM-style routing.
