The HSP Diesel Intercooler Bundle Kit, part number 292-HSP, is engineered as a premium upgrade for 2004.5-2005 LLY Duramax Chevrolet and GMC trucks. The kit addresses a known weak point in the factory setup: the hot side intercooler pipe, which can rub against the power steering line and lead to boost leaks. HSP's redesigned 3" mandrel-bent hot side tube improves airflow, lowers temperatures, and ensures adequate clearance.
