The HSP Intercooler Charge Pipe Bundle is engineered for 2006-2010 Duramax-equipped Chevrolet and GMC trucks, specifically models with the LBZ (2006-2007, VIN Code 2 or D) and LMM (2007.5-2010, VIN Code 6) engines. This comprehensive kit replaces the restrictive factory hot side pipe, factory Y bridge, and factory cold side piping with high-flow, mandrel-bent components. The bundle includes a 3-inch CNC-machined Max Flow Bridge section featuring an O-ring seal tested to over 100 PSI to prevent boost leaks, along with a 3-inch mandrel-bent cold side tube and a smoother-flowing hot side intercooler tube. The hot side pipe alone offers up to a 40% improvement in airflow over stock. This design minimizes turbulence, reduces intake temperatures, and supports faster turbo spool-up and improved throttle response. While no tuning is required for installation, it is recommended to maximize potential performance gains when paired with other airflow or turbo upgrades.
