The HPS Performance Cold Side Upper Intercooler Pipe Kit serves as a direct replacement or performance enhancement for stock plastic charge pipes, addressing wear and tear while optimizing airflow. Constructed from 2.5-inch mandrel-bent 16-gauge 6061 aluminum tubing, this kit is engineered to improve throttle response and acceleration by minimizing boost leaks and streamlining air delivery. This kit utilizes a two-piece design to increase air volume and simplify installation. It includes HPS's signature 4-ply reinforced silicone hoses and 100% stainless steel embossed clamps. The charge pipe replaces OEM part numbers 17293-6A0-A01, 17294-6A0-A01, and 17295-6A0-A01. According to manufacturer claims, airflow optimization results in an additional 5.7 horsepower and 6.2 lb-ft of torque without requiring an ECU re-tune.
