Intercooler Chiller System

The IC-RACE-KIT-1 is an intercooler chiller system engineered for Dodge Challenger and Charger Hellcat models. This system enhances performance by using the vehicle's air conditioning refrigerant to further cool the compressed air entering the engine's cylinders. Cooler, denser air contains more oxygen molecules, which allows for more fuel to be added, ultimately producing more power. The 'Chiller and Cabin' mode allows for simultaneous cooling of intake air and maintaining cabin air conditioning during street driving. For dedicated track use, the 'Drag' mode diverts all available refrigerant to the chiller unit for maximum charge air cooling, operating solely as a race-only chiller. The IC-RACE-KIT-1 is designed for a straightforward installation, providing bolt-on, pre-assembled lines, hoses, fittings, and clamps that do not require cutting into the factory AC system. The comprehensive kit includes all necessary components for a simple DIY or custom installation, such as a mounting bracket, a drag valve with connector, and a wiring kit featuring Deutsch connectors that plug directly into the drag valve and a 3-way bypass valve (if selected).
