The HPS Performance Upper Cold Side Intercooler Charge Pipe is a direct replacement for stock restrictive tubing. It is constructed from 2.5" mandrel-bent aluminum piping with high-temperature reinforced silicone hoses and 100% stainless steel T-bolt clamps.

The HPS Intercooler Cold Side Charge Pipe is engineered for the 10th generation Honda Accord 2.0 Turbo (2018-2021) to enhance performance by optimizing airflow. It directly replaces the restrictive stock plastic upper cold side charge pipe and rubber boots. Constructed from custom mandrel-bent 16 gauge 6061 aluminum tubing and HPS's signature 4-ply reinforced silicone hoses, this charge pipe is built for durability and increased boost pressure capacity, effectively reducing the risk of boost leaks. It features bead-rolled pipe ends to ensure couplers remain securely in place even under high boost conditions. Installation is rated as a 3/5 difficulty and is estimated to take 1-2 hours with basic tools. HPS provides a detailed 8-page installation manual with clear instructions and pictures to guide the process. No modifications are required for installation, and it will not trigger a Check Engine Light (CEL). This kit is designed to improve horsepower by +16 Whp and torque by +24 Ft-lbs at 3500 rpm, along with enhanced throttle response and acceleration. The single-piece design facilitates smooth airflow, delivering these performance gains without the need for an ECU re-tune. The charge pipe comes complete with couplers and clamps, and it is backed by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
