The AEM 2102 Intercooler Core Kit is engineered to substantially lower inlet air temperatures and increase volume compared to the factory intercooler in specific Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution GSR models. This intercooler leverages computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and flow data for its design, ensuring optimal performance. Key features include an additional port integrated into the intercooler discharge tube. This port allows for the convenient installation of auxiliary devices such as boost pressure sensors, temperature probes, or water injection nozzles. Please verify your local state laws regarding the legality of water injection systems on your vehicle. This product, AEM part number 2102-A, is the core component of a two-part kit. It is designed to be used exclusively with AEM part number 2102-B. The use of either component without the other will void the AEM warranty. This kit is specifically designed for the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X models from 2010 to 2014. An estimated horsepower gain of 13.1 HP at 4600 RPM is reported.
