The Forge Motorsport FMINT22 is a front mount intercooler designed for the Hyundai Veloster N. It features a bar and plate core design with increased volume and frontal surface area compared to the stock unit. The inlet and outlet diameters have been increased to 65mm, and a custom hard pipe replaces the factory hot side pipe.

The Forge intercooler is an essential performance upgrade for your Hyundai Veloster N, particularly for those who utilize their vehicle on fast roads, have installed a high-performance tune, or drive in hot climates. This intercooler utilizes an industry-leading bar and plate design, paired with high-flow cast end tanks developed using advanced Solidworks CAD and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) for optimal flow simulation. Its stepped core is designed with an internal divider to ensure the full volume is utilized, resulting in over 129% more volume and a 71% increase in frontal surface area compared to the stock intercooler, positioning it as the largest currently available on the market. To ensure maximum cooling efficiency, Forge has developed a fabricated ducting system that integrates seamlessly with the Veloster N's front bumper contours. The inlet and outlet diameters have been increased to 65mm, a 27% volume increase over stock, promoting perfect airflow. Additionally, a custom hard pipe replaces the stock hot-side pipe, increasing its diameter by 14mm to 64mm from the factory's 50mm. Features include a direct fit for the Veloster N, a robust bar and plate construction, 65mm inlet and outlet ports, and the substantial volume and surface area increases. The intercooler and boost pipe are finished with a durable black textured powder coat for longevity.
