Intercooler Kit

The AIRTEC Motorsport Stage 2 Intercooler Upgrade is engineered as a direct, bolt-on replacement for the stock intercooler in the Mini Cooper S R56, designed to enhance performance for both track and fast road use. Utilizing advanced core technology and high-flow end tank designs, this intercooler significantly reduces inlet temperatures. Its stepped core design maximizes capacity and frontal area within the limited space behind the bumper, offering substantial improvements over the original, more restrictive unit. Its dimensions are a width of 700mm (with a 540mm core width), a height of 220mm, and a depth that steps from 90mm down to 40mm, with a total capacity of 7.2 liters. Fitting instructions and all necessary hardware are included. It is compatible with all turbo-powered Mini Cooper S models from the R5x series (2006-2015), including the 1.6T variants producing 175/184 horsepower and the JCW variants producing 211/218 horsepower.
