The CXRacing turbo kit is a complete system designed for the 1995-2004 Toyota Tacoma 3.4L V6 with the 5VZ-FE motor. This kit includes a turbocharger, intercooler, manifold, and downpipe. It is engineered to convert the naturally aspirated 5VZ-FE engine to a turbocharged setup, supporting up to 450 horsepower.

The CXRacing Turbo Kit is a comprehensive solution for upgrading your 1995-2004 Toyota Tacoma 3.4L V6 (5VZ-FE engine) with forced induction. This kit is specifically developed to convert your naturally aspirated engine to a turbocharged system, supporting applications up to 450 horsepower. It includes a GT35 turbocharger with a T4 flange, a 38mm wastegate, a bar-and-plate intercooler with 2.5" inlet/outlet, and all necessary piping, silicon hoses, and BOV. The manifold features CNC-cut flanges, a 2.5" V-band cross pipe, and integrated T4 turbo and 38mm wastegate flanges, designed for a bolt-on fitment for large turbos like the GT35 and T70. The 3" stainless steel downpipe includes flanges for both factory and aftermarket O2 sensors, facilitating easier tuning. The turbo itself is oil and water-cooled, features a journal bearing, and operates within a 6-25 PSI working pressure range, with a .70 A/R compressor and .68 A/R turbine. Installation notes specify that for AWD models, the front axle may need to be dropped to access the oil pan for the turbo oil return drain plug and cross pipe installation. It is essential to upgrade and tune the fuel system for this turbo upgrade. This product was developed based on US model Left-Hand-Drive chassis; fitment for Right-Hand-Drive models is not guaranteed due to potential steering shaft conflicts, and modifications may be required, with no returns accepted for RHD fitment issues.
