Description
The intercooler construction includes cast end tanks tested for maximum airflow and an in-tank air diverter for optimal flow. It provides a 35°F reduction in intake air temperatures with minimal pressure loss, a 25% increase in internal core volume, and a 165% increase in external fin surface area. The kit includes mandrel-bent aluminum piping (2.5" hot-side, 2.75" cold-side) with four-layer silicone couplers and stainless steel T-bolt clamps.
