The Spool Upgraded Billet Intercooler Kit is engineered to enhance cooling capacity and improve airflow for your Mercedes-AMG C43 [M276], GLC43, E400, or E43. Designed as a direct replacement for the stock air-to-liquid intercooler, this upgrade ensures cooler charge air temperatures, leading to increased power and engine reliability under demanding conditions. The core of this intercooler is a substantial 140% larger than the factory unit, providing superior cooling efficiency and preventing heat soak during high-load situations. It features a tighter fin density with 5mm row widths and 2.5mm fin spacing, significantly improving airflow efficiency compared to other kits on the market. This translates directly to more cool air for the engine, enhancing combustion and throttle response. Included in the kit is an upgraded charge pipe that increases the diameter from 42mm to 53mm, further reducing airflow restrictions and contributing to quicker turbo spool and improved power output. The entire unit is precision CNC-machined from billet aluminum and features oversized welds, ensuring exceptional durability and strength for both daily driving and track use.
