Intercooler Kit

The Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Kit represents a significant upgrade for the 2018-2023 Audi SQ5 3.0L. The net dimensions of the core are 550mm x 445mm x 70mm, yielding a substantial 134% increase in frontal area and a 105% increase in volume over the stock intercooler. Engineers have meticulously increased the core size and efficiency while redesigning the end tanks to eliminate OEM bottlenecks. This results in a higher flow rating and enhanced charge cooling capabilities, leading to a considerable reduction in pressure drop compared to the stock unit. Despite its increased size, the complete intercooler weighs only 9.5kg. The inlet diameter measures 62.0mm, and the outlet diameter is 67.0mm. It is designed as a 100% plug-and-play installation, requiring no modifications. The kit includes the intercooler (coated black), all necessary mounting hardware, and installation instructions. An anti-corrosion protective coating with excellent thermal heat-dissipating characteristics is applied to all intercoolers.
