Overview

The ZZP Camaro Intercooler Kit is a bolt-on system designed for the 2.0L turbo Camaro.

This kit replaces the stock hot and cold side charge pipes, as well as the front mount air-to-air intercooler. It includes the intercooler with brackets, heavy-duty silicone couplers, premium stainless T-bolt clamps, hot and cold side charge pipes, and all necessary hardware.

The kit retains the stock bypass valve, as aftermarket blow-off valves have not shown measured gains. The ZZP intercooler core dimensions are 23 1/2" wide x 9 1/2" high x 4" thick, excluding end tanks, compared to the stock core's 21 5/8" wide x 16" high x 1 1/4" thick dimensions.

The ZZP Camaro Intercooler Kit is a direct bolt-on upgrade for your 2.0L turbo Camaro, designed to replace the restrictive factory hot and cold side charge pipes and front-mount air-to-air intercooler. This comprehensive kit includes a larger intercooler core (23 1/2" W x 9 1/2" H x 4" D, excluding end tanks) compared to the stock unit (21 5/8" W x 16" H x 1 1/4" D). Accompanying the intercooler are heavy-duty silicone replacement couplers, premium stainless T-bolt clamps for secure connections, a hot side charge pipe, a cold side charge pipe, and all the necessary hardware for installation. Installation instructions are available digitally. A note indicates that additional clearance may be required on 1LE models due to their extra coolers. As of September 2022, ZZP now includes their branded stencil with all intercoolers, allowing users to customize the appearance with paint.
