Description

The HPS Performance 17-145R is a hot and cold side charge pipe kit with high-temp reinforced silicone turbo CAC boots, designed for 2003-2007 Ford F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550 Super Duty trucks with the 6.0L Powerstroke V8 Diesel Turbo engine. It replaces the factory steel hot side pipe and the plastic cold side pipe (for 2005-2007 models) with mandrel-bent 6061 aluminum tubing, which increases air volume and flow. The kit includes 4-ply aramid reinforced fluoro-lined silicone couplers that are oil-resistant and can withstand temperatures up to 500°F, along with heavy-duty spring-loaded T-bolt clamps. A unique mounting brace for the hot side pipe provides added structural rigidity, reducing stress on the boots.
