Intercooler Pipe

This HPS cold side intercooler charge pipe kit is designed to replace the restrictive factory piping on 2017-2019 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD/3500HD and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD 6.6L V8 Duramax Diesel (L5P) models. It features a mandrel-bent 6061 aluminum charge pipe with CNC machined billet flange for increased air volume and improved airflow. The two-piece design allows for easier installation. The kit includes a bung to connect the existing auxiliary sensor, HPS signature high temperature 4-ply reinforced silicone couplers, and heavy duty 100% stainless steel T-bolt clamps. This upgrade helps to reduce turbo lag, improve throttle response, and increase horsepower and torque by optimizing the air intake system. No modification is required during installation, does not require re-tuning and will not trigger CEL light. Compatible with factory intercooler.
