Intercooler Pipe

The Forge Motorsport Boost Pipe is engineered as a direct replacement for the stock boost pipe on select Hyundai performance vehicles, specifically the Kona N, Hyundai i30N MK3.5 Facelift, Elantra N, and Veloster N Facelift. This upgrade targets the cold side of the induction system, running from the intercooler outlet to the throttle body. Its internal diameter has been increased from the OEM 55mm to 66mm, representing a 20% improvement. This enhanced flow capacity, coupled with CNC machined billet couplers, contributes to a faster turbo spool-up and a crisper power delivery, particularly beneficial for vehicles running aftermarket software. The pipe also includes a 1/8" NPT boss for water meth or nitrous injection, positioned for maximum efficiency. It is crucial to note that this boost pipe will NOT work with the OEM intercooler. It is designed exclusively for use with aftermarket intercoolers that have a cold-side outlet size of 63-67mm. It is confirmed to work seamlessly with Forge's own intercoolers for the Hyundai i30N MK3.5, Veloster N Facelift (including DCT), and Kona N. The product comes with a lifetime warranty.
