The Mishimoto Intercooler Pipe and Boot Kit is a direct-fit replacement for the 1999-2003 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke F-Series Super Duty and Excursion.

It includes Mishimoto Silicone Boots with DuraCore technology for superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil, ensuring a longer lifespan and preventing leaks.

Mishimoto Constant-Tension T-bolt Clamps are included for reliable holding power. The kit is available in polished or wrinkle-black powder-coated finishes and comes with the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.

The Mishimoto Intercooler Pipe and Boot Kit is engineered to upgrade the intercooling system on 1999-2003 Ford F-Series Super Duty trucks and the 2000-2003 Ford Excursion equipped with the 7.3L Powerstroke engine. These workhorse turbodiesels produce significant boost pressure, which can stress the stock intercooling system's piping. This Mishimoto kit replaces the factory components with durable, mandrel-bent aluminum pipes for both the hot and cold sides. Complementing the pipes are Mishimoto Silicone Boots featuring DuraCore Technology. This advanced synthetic material offers enhanced resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil compared to standard silicone, significantly increasing the longevity of the boots and preventing common issues like leaks and blowouts. Ensuring a secure and reliable connection, the kit includes Mishimoto Constant-Tension T-bolt Clamps. The intercooler pipe and boot kit is available in two finishes: a classic polished aluminum or a stealthy wrinkle-black powder coating. For optimal performance, Mishimoto recommends pairing this kit with their Ford 7.3L Powerstroke Performance Intercooler.
