Intercooler Pipe Kit

The SPELAB Hot & Cold Side Intercooler Pipe Kit is engineered to enhance the performance and reliability of 2008–2010 Ford F250, F350, F450, and F550 models equipped with the 6.4L Powerstroke diesel engine. Key features of this kit include the inclusion of both hot and cold side aluminum intercooler pipes for a complete replacement. The polished mandrel-bent aluminum construction ensures superior durability and strength, while the 100% CNC-machined 6061 aluminum couplings are designed to retain factory emissions equipment, ensuring compatibility. For a secure and leak-free seal, the kit includes six constant-tension T-bolt clamps. This intercooler pipe kit offers improved reliability by preventing failures associated with OEM plastic tubes. It provides a sleek appearance with silver pipes paired with black silicone couplers for a clean engine bay look. The product specifications include mandrel-bent aluminum piping and CNC-machined aluminum couplers, with lower and upper pipe diameters of 3" and 3.2" respectively, and connection tubes of 3" diameter. It is compatible with all 2008–2010 Ford F250–F550 models equipped with the 6.4L Powerstroke diesel engine, and it retains all factory emissions connections.
