Intercooler Pipe Kit

This kit is designed to replace the failure-prone factory plastic piping in 2003-2007 Ford Super Duty trucks (F250, F350, F450, F550). The kit features durable, mandrel-bent aluminum pipes with a polished finish, paired with triple-layered, reinforced silicone boots that resist high temperatures and pressures, effectively reducing vibration and the risk of boost leaks. This kit offers an OEM-compatible design, meaning it retains stock emissions components and does not require any custom tuning for installation. The included T-bolt clamps and hardware ensure a straightforward, direct bolt-on installation process. SPELAB also offers an optional variant (SPIS08114) that includes a CNC-machined 6061 aluminum intake elbow for enhanced airflow and throttle response.
